I am a mom of 4 and I am very passionate about living a healthy lifestyle that supports balance and encourages positive self-esteem.
As a dancer I have always tried different way to stay healthy and fit, and find balance. But it wasn't until I had my 4th baby that I am finally coming to find that balance and make it a lifestyle.

I am always excited to share with other moms all the things I do and use in a daily basis to help my body stay strong, healthy and have the energy to keep up with my kids and the house!
